Lori has collaborated with executives and their teams to enhance individual and organizational performance through improving activities of strategic planning, engagement, consultation and establishing internal and external partnerships. In leading large scale organizational transformation and transition initiatives, Lori has developed expertise in establishing national multi-disciplinary projects and teams involving numerous stakeholders. Lori has worked with senior leadership teams to create new organizational entities while transitioning existing workforce and identifying talent gaps and strategies. Her experience includes providing strategic HR advice to executives and senior managers on complex issues and identifying risk and developing mitigation strategies.
Lori has robust experience in Human Resource Management. Working as a professional consultant, manager and leader, Lori has the strategic perspective and technical expertise in a variety of HR disciplines to implement and deliver innovative services that make sense and enhance business outcomes.

Lori holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management, is a Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University) and an Associate Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation). As a licensed trainer, Lori is able to offer coach skills training to groups using the Coaching Out of the Box™ training tool. Lori is currently President, Limitless Executive Coaching and Consulting Inc. and Board Member, International Coach Federation, Saskatchewan Charter Chapter.
